  • Do you provide multiple payment options - including Afterpay?
    We sure do! The Lazy Hippo provides several different payment options and accepts multiple credit card types. We also now offer PayPal and Afterpay options for customers.
  • Is all your clothing organic and environmentally friendly?
    At The Lazy Hippo we strive to source locally, organic and environmentally friendly products. Whilst unfortunately, this isn't achievable in all cases, it is of utmost priority to us and where available we will do our best to protect the environment.
  • Is your clothing gender neutral?
    The Lazy Hippo is all about inclusivity, happiness and positivity. We provide gender neutral clothing wherever possible. As always, we are striving to do better. If you have any questions or feedback in this regard, please reach out and we will improve.
  • Are your products locally sourced?
    We value supporting our local businesses and therefore all our products are locally sourced and manufactured in Australia wherever possible. Our aim is to transition our operations fully onshore, and we are working with our partners to make this a reality.

  • Will my clothing look exactly like I see them on your models?
    We strive to provide quality products that replicate as close as possible the items you see displayed on our website. However, it's important to keep in mind that this is a representation of our items and at times the actual product may differ very marginally based on a range of factors. This does not imply that we accept defects or poor-quality product.
  • How long will it generally take to receive my product?
    At The Lazy Hippo we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. Generally, your order should be with you in no more than 8-12 business days. In some circumstances, delivery may take slightly longer due to the availability of products, materials or unforeseen delivery delays. If this is the case, we will let you know at earliest possible opportunity.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    We charge a flat rate for shipping of $7.95 and $14.95 for domestic and international shipping respectively.
  • What is your returns policy?
    OUR RETURNS POLICY HAS CHANGED - WE NOW OFFER RETURNS FOR INCORRECT SIZING At The Lazy Hippo we pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. If your product is damaged or inappropriately marked, we will be happy to swap it over or provide money back. We also now accept returns for incorrect sizing! If you purchase a product that's a little too big or too snug, we will happily swap it over for the right size within 30-days from the time of purchase.
